Mandura Bhasma

INDICATION :

• Useful in anaemia, jaundice, dropsy, chronic fever, heaviness and pains in the chest, flatulency and periodical sula pains in the abdomen and enlargement of spleen and liver.

Dosage : 1g = 3 doses

• Add the powder of sounth and maricha double the dose of the medicine and use with the decoction of triphala for dropsy.
• Use one dose in the morning and one dose in the evening with the juice of bhringraj leaves for chronic fever and jaundice.
• Use twice daily with Draksharista and Lohasava for anaemia.
• Use morning and evening one dose each time with fresh cow urine for enlargement of spleen and liver.
