As per the Ayurveda, the Pitta dosha imbalances the human body and causes acid indigestion along with heartburn. The stress, anger, spicy food, and many other factors aggravate the pitta dosha. A few basic lifestyle changes and diet can help balance the Pitta and give effective digestion and calms the mood. Pitta is the thermal energy in every cell, but it is mainly situated in the gut area. Excessive intake of heat-producing foods may cause the digestive system to overreact with increased acid production. Ayurveda has suggested using Madeephalarasayana, which is tasty syrup and should be taken twice a day.
Main symptom of sour-bile indigestion, sula pains, diarrhoea, anaemia, pains in the lower abdomen, amenorrhoea and consequent pain. Improves blood.
